AAWGT Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather on the day of an AAWGT event, the following policies will take effect:

For all public meetings and activities, AAWGT will follow the Inclement Weather decisions posted by Anne Arundel Community College(AACC) at aacc.edu.

Delayed Openings: If AACC delays opening more than 1 hour beyond our scheduled start time for a daytime event, the AAWGT event will be cancelled.

Cancellations:If AACC is closed, the AAWGT event will be cancelled.

Delays and cancellations will be posted on our website at givingtogether.org. Check UPCOMING EVENTS and click on the title of the event for current information.

If possible, an “AAWGT Event Cancelled” notice will be posted at the event site.
